Virtual Elementary Art Exhibit

Formerly the Library Art Exchange Rose Center does every year with the Morristown Hamblen Library, this year we have gone virtual because of Covid-19.  Each month, artwork from two Hamblen County elementary schools will be featured on our page for everyone to enjoy.  Works will be featured from Manley Primary and Intermediate, West, Fairview Marguerite, Hillcrest, John Hay, Union Heights, Witt, Lincoln Heights, Whitesburg, Russellville, and Alpha Primary and Intermediate schools.
