Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be additional restrictions, guidelines, and rules that may be applied to all rental contracts. Dates, capacity limits, and public health guidelines are subject to change without or with limited notice. Rose Center is committed to working with you, to find an alternative date or to help you make accomodations for your special event.

Rental protocols:
-To reserve a room, half of the rental cost must be paid and all of the required signed paperwork must be turned in. You may pick up the contract and/or make payments to the Rose Center office M - F, 9 - 5.
-Before your event, the damage deposit must be paid in cash.
-After the damage deposit and remaining rental balance is paid, keys are given for access to the building. You are required to pay the remaining balance and pick up the keys the Thursday before your event.
-Keys can be turned on the following Monday after 12 noon following your event. If no damage occurred during your event, your damage deposit is returned in full.
-All-Day rentals are from 8am - Midnight.

Here at Rose Center, we know that each event is unique and won't necessarily fit into neat little categories or packages. Rose Center staff are happy to develop customized rates for customers. Please call 423-581-4330 for more information and for customized event rates. We can also provide multi-day-use rates for other combinations of rooms or options.
