NOTE: Booth Fees paid after August 15th have an additional 'Late Fee" of $10 added.  Please be aware when you estimate your booth fees for payment.  See Form below. 

The 2018 Mountain Makins Festival Crafts Jury Committee has carefully reviewed all photos submitted for jurying. We were very excited by the high quality of the crafts.

 

Please fill out the form below and include electricity and/or table needs. Two chairs are provided for each booth at no charge. Inside exhibitor space is (8x10) or 80 square feet. If you would like to fill in areas between booths with your display and/or money table and chairs, you can do so at a rate of $2.00 per square foot. Requesting specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed! Outside space is 10x10 and does not include a tent.

 

PREVIEW EVENING:  A very special 43rd anniversary Preview Party is planned for Friday, October 26th from 6:30 - 9:00 pm. The people attending Preview all pay for the opportunity to purchase your one-of-a-kind pieces before we open to the public on Saturday, as well as to enjoy the food, beverage, and music. All inside booths are open for sales. Crafters and assistants will be allowed through the line from 5:15-6pm. Indoor crafters each receive one complimentary ticket. You may buy one booth assistant ticket for $10; any others will be at the full $25. Outside crafters may join us at the rate of $10 for the first two tickets; additional tickets are the full $25.

 

Detailed guidelines will be mailed to you approximately two weeks prior to the festival.

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation on or before Sept. 20th- you will be refunded 75% of your booth fee. 

                                 No refunds for cancellation after Sept. 20th. 

Increase booth fees by $10 after August 15th.
