Theatre & Film

Morristown Tennessee is home to two great theatrical organizations and film production company--Freddy Cat Productions. The Lakeway Area is home to amateurs and professionals alike, which makes for great film and theatrical events all year long.  

 

The Morristown Theatre Guild and Encore Theatrical Company delight audiences all year with classes, workshops, productions, and more.  From film contests to Shakespeare, the Lakeway region is blessed to have so many talented local folks.  Production techs, Actresses, Vocalists, Forensics--whatever your passion--you can find a way to take a deep dive into all things theatrical in the listings below.  Check back often for updates.

Rose Center is a non-profit organization and a Designated Agency of the Tennessee Arts Commission (TAC). The Center is located at 442 W. Second North St. in Morristown, TN. Rose Center receives major financial support from TAC and manages the Arts Builds Communities granting program, a program funded by the Tennessee General Assembly, for the seven-county Lakeway area.

 

Hours:  Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
