Membership Opportunities
Support is provided by
the
Hamblen County Legislative Body,
the City of Morristown, United Way, grants from the Tennessee Arts Commission, East Tennessee Foundation and the National
Endowment for the Arts, donations from community groups,
individuals and businesses, special events, and memberships. The Center's mission is to promote, implement, and sustain historical, educational, and cultural activities and projects of both local and national importance; and to preserve and maintain Rose School as a museum and cultural center. Examples of our many activities to support the arts and local/regional culture include our annual Mountain Makins' Festival, Music at The Rose concert series, our many class offerings throughout the year, and our permanent exhibits such as the Melville M. Murrell display. Please join us! Membership is open to all. Memberships can be given as gifts, acknowledgements, or by including the Rose Center in your will or estate planning. Membership can also be the pleasure of being involved. Membership includes a monthly newsletter, invitations to special events, and reduced prices on certain classes and events.
