Rose Center is located in downtown Morristown, TN, the county seat of Hamblen County. Hamblen County is the core of a seven county area known as the Lakeway Region.

It is easily accessible by interstate (I-40, I-81) and U.S. Highways (11-E, 11-W, and 25-E).

  • Crockett Tavern Museum ; Located in Morristown, Tennessee, the Museum was built on the site of the boyhood home of Davy Crockett. It is a reconstruction of the 1790's John Crockett Tavern. Crockett Tavern Museum is operated by the Hamblen County Chapter - Association for the Preservation of Tennessee Antiquities (APTA).

  • East Tennessee Foundation, (ETF) is a public 501(c)(3) community foundation established in 1986 through a merger of Community Foundation of East Tennessee and Business Trust for the Arts. The newly formed ETF began with assets of $625,000 and made grants in Knox and contiguous counties. Today, ETF has reached and surpassed assets of $60 million and makes grants throughout East Tennessee from McMinn to Johnson counties. ETF's mission is creating permanent resources to enrich lives and strengthen communities throughout East Tennessee.

  • The Tennessee Arts Commission; Support of the arts for all Tennessee residents and visitors. The mission of the Tennessee Arts Commission is that the citizens of Tennessee have access to and participate in the arts. The Commission operates under a governance policy with specific goals or “Ends Statements” that guide the work of the agency.

  • Theatre Guild, Inc. of Morristown - Founded in 1934, the Theatre Guild, Inc. of Morristown is one of the state's oldest community theatres. Their mission is to inspire, nurture, challenge, amaze, educate and empower artists and audiences in order to make the Lakeway area a more conscious and compassionate community. The Theatre Guild provides live theatre by producing exciting plays and musicals marked by innovative interpretations.
